Lay Leadership

Lay Leader
 
The leaders of the laity of the church.  The lead contacts with the pastors, staff and ministry teams and the interface with the congregation.

Charged with developing the vision of the church and monitoring strategies to implement the vision.  Council is the main decision-making body of the church.

Worship Committee
 Has oversight of the worship services, including music, acolytes, ushers, sound, multimedia, etc.

Finance Committee
 
Has oversight of the budget and the finances of the church.

Trustees
 
Responsible for the church facilities – maintenance and improvement.  Also the only authorized party to enter into contracts.

Staff Parish Relations Committee
 
Responsible for the paid staff – job descriptions, performance evaluations, compensations, etc.
